OPTIMOIL® Technologies, is a European (Luxembourg) based company, which develops, supplies and supports a unique and innovative US and international patented technology designed to reactivate or significantly improve oil production on depleted and inactive wells.

OPTIMOIL® Technologies owns full international rights and associated patents for this technology which has been conceptualized, developed and designed by highly skilled oil industry engineers with decades of experience at major oilfield equipment manufacturers.

OPTIMOIL® Technologies develops business partnerships with international oil industry players (producers and service providers) in which our equipments are being operated mostly on a service contract model.

OPTIMOIL® Technologies relies on significant manufacturing and R&D facilities for the ongoing development of our equipment.

• OUR BUSINESS

We do not sell our equipment, which means no investment for well owners, and providential incomes.

OPTIMOIL® Technologies finances our equipments and operates them through joint venture agreements with well established local service companies. We typically work within the framework of a service contract under rental conditions which is compensated according to production.
Production sharing & License/Concession agreements can also be considered.

• OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe that the recovery of these energy sources must also benefit the populations living in the surrounding areas of these resources. All of our subsidiary companies participate in local aid actions.
